Stephane Laroye B.E.S Planning, B.Arch, MRAIC
Stephane Laroye graduated from the University of Waterloo, Urban and Regional Planning School (B.E.S Planning) and the University of British Columbia, School of Architecture (B.Arch), as well as the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (MRAIC).
He has been with Hotson Bakker Boniface Haden architects + urbanistes since 1996 and is an associate with the firm. Providing expertise in master planning, urban design and multi-family housing, Stephane’s key projects have included Waterstone Pier, the Golden Ears Bridge, South East False Creek Master Plan and Burnaby Skytrain Stations; Holdom, Sperling and Production Way.
Currently he is working on the final phases of “Waterstone Pier”, a multi-family development located on the water’s edge in Richmond, BC. At the same time he is designing “Proximity”, a multi-family development on Vancouver’s Main Street and is overseeing the aesthetic coordination for the highly anticipated Golden Ears Bridge.
Stephane is a provisional member of the Planning Institute of BC and a member of The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC). He is actively involved as a volunteer for the Kerrisdale Soccer Club.
