Together with Phillips Farevaag Smallenberg, HBBH worked to create a public plaza at the heart of the new 2010 Winter Olympic Village neighbourhood. This public space is delineated by steel 'rib' lights, which represent the ship-building that once took place on the site. A performance stage, public art and child water play area add to the space's range of experiences. |
