The 120,000 square foot Richmond City Hall, designed in association with Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg, is comprised of four major building components, creating an ensemble of public spaces. The complex has been designed to ensure the public will recognize City Hall as an inviting and accessible public resource. Its siting and architecture integrate sound design, environmental and sustainability principles to achieve above average performance trends. |
