HBBH was the only North American team, which included Phillips Farevaag Smallenberg, invited to participate in an international ideas competition for a master plan for the redevelopment of the historic 33 hectare Carlsberg Brewery in downtown Copenhagen. The vision saw the transformation of the historic site and its heritage structures into a self-sustaining community, incorporating an innovative mix of dense residential typologies with commercial, retail and institutional programs. |
