Great care was taken to link the design of the “Capers” development to the past use of the site, as well as to engage the local streetscape and neighbourhood. The project was one of the first of its type in Vancouver to incorporate environmental features such as geothermal heating and cooling. The result is an overwhelming economic and community success. |
